Family Owned and Operated since 2008

Cyrus and Ashleigh Alexander are the second generation owners and operators of Shotgun Gear LLC.

Ashleigh has been in this business her whole life; starting to shoot at age 9, and winning her first major in 2005. Since then, she is a 3 time National Champion, 3 time World Champion (Including a World FITASC title in 2013), and a 5 time US Open Champion. Ashleigh, and her late father Mike, decided early on in their competitive shooting journey that to keep up with the travel and demand that being a top shooter would require, having their family business in the industry would be mutually beneficial- so began life of Shotgun Gear.

Cyrus has been in the industry since 2009 when he worked at a local sportsman's club in college in Lexington, KY. Since then, he has traveled the world with Ashleigh and Mike and has developed a love for the game, and the industry. Graduating from the University of Kentucky, he never left the shooting world even with another career path originally in mind. In 2021, Cyrus and Ashleigh took over Shotgun Gear full time, and are continuing with the standards of practice that Ashleigh and her family built so many years ago.
